Diaphragm Valve

A Diaphragm Valve, also known as a membrane valve, consists of a valve body with two or more ports, flexible diaphragm materials, and a weir or straight-through seat on which the diaphragm seals to achieve open close operation. As a type of lined valve, it is widely used in industrial valves systems requiring precise flow control and stable flow rate regulation. For demanding media, the valve body can be designed with pfa lining or ptfe lined construction, delivering excellent chemical resistance and making the valve highly corrosion resistant when handling highly corrosive fluids such as acids alkalis. Straight through diaphragm valves are especially suitable for high purity processes and throttling applications, ensuring smooth flow and minimal contamination. These valves are commonly equipped with pneumatic diaphragm mechanisms or external pneumatic actuators, and can be supplied with connection flanged ends for easy installation. Optional limit switches provide reliable position feedback, making diaphragm valves a dependable solution for corrosive and purity-critical applications.
